Judgment and coding still run on labeled hosted models. Today One open model (Qwen 3 14B, 9.3 GB) runs on the M4 Pro as of 2026.08.27; the first bounded rail on it is the next receipt. That tier handles reads, classification, recon, and lint. It is the honest ceiling of 24 GB of unified memory, and I will not pretend it is more. Still hosted Judgment and coding run on hosted models. Those seats stay labeled hosted on this page until the day they move. There is no "transitioning to" language here. The label changes when the weights are on my disk and the inference runs on my hardware. Late October 2026 A Mac Studio with 512 GB of unified memory arrives. That serves models in the 405 billion and 671 billion parameter class at 4-bit.
